story
The story takes place at the Honoji Academy that Satsuki Kiriyin ruled by force. A new student named Ryoko Matoye moves to this school, who carries a half-scissors weapon looking for her father's killer and retrieves the other half of the scissors. Ryoko is stunned by a black school uniform who can speak and forces her to wear it to obtain supernatural powers.
